Absolutely — and you definitely should if you want to dance.
You only need to know what heels look like. We will learn how to walk and dance in them during the classes.
You can find a guide to choosing the right shoes on our Instagram page. Having proper dance shoes is recommended. For your first few classes, you can come in socks or in your own comfortable shoes.
The most important thing is that your clothes are comfortable and not too loose. Other than that, feel free to get creative with your outfit.
Our classes also include physical conditioning exercises. You can join with any level of fitness or preparation — we adapt the training to everyone.
The first class follows the same structure as the ones after it: a proper warm-up, body conditioning, stretching, learning or reviewing material, and a friendly, supportive atmosphere in the studio.
In our classes, we learn choreographies that include technical elements, and we always break those elements down in detail. This season, you can also attend technique-only classes where we focus entirely on learning and practicing technique without choreography.
The best thing you can do is face that fear and give the class a try. From our experience, girls and women who genuinely want to dance usually stay with us. If coming alone feels intimidating, bring a friend, your mom, or your sister — starting this journey together can make it much easier.
You can attend an Open Class as a one-time visit to try the class and experience the atmosphere. For the Closed Group, the introductory class takes place according to the schedule — during the first class of the month.
The only age restriction is the minimum age of 15–16. Girls and women of different ages attend our classes, and everyone feels comfortable. The most important thing is your desire to dance.
Heels focuses on full-body movement and dancing in heels: balance, lines, fluidity, coordination, and learning to feel and control every part of your body. Frame Up is more closely connected to floorwork and may also include stretching and acrobatic elements. You can start either style completely from scratch, and in both styles, shoes are simply an additional tool. Your main instrument is your body.
We offer three group formats: 1. Open Group — you can attend as a one-time visit. We work on technique and learn choreography. Level: all levels, as the difficulty is adapted to the participants. Age: 15+. 2. Closed Group — regular classes, more detailed work on the material, and maximum support. Level: all levels. Age: 15+. 3. Creative Group — regular classes, participation in competitions and other projects, and development of additional useful skills for dancers. Level: at least 2 years of dance experience. Age: 16+.
